Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania.

Climate neutral shipping

In cooperation with DHL, we ship all packages CO2-neutrally. As part of DHL's GoGreen initiative, the CO2 emissions generated by transport are calculated annually using a certified process and the offsetting of the emissions is verified. In accordance with the goals and requirements of the Kyoto Protocol, these emissions are offset by climate protection projects supported by DHL.

Shipping

All shipping costs mentioned here only apply to private consumers or orders typical for them. We, REIMA AirConcept GmbH, reserve the right to change the shipping costs for orders that deviate from this, after consultation.

Shippingcosts within Germany:

Within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €4.95 per DHL package (with tracking) up to 31.5 kg. If delivery is not possible for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer will be charged the DHL return costs of €6.95.

Deliveries abroad:

We generally only deliver abroad if payment is made in advance; direct debit is not possible. Shipping costs are calculated per DHL package (with shipment tracking). Regional surcharges may apply, e.g. island surcharges, remote area, etc.

For international shipping we charge the following shipping costs:

DHL Europackage Zone 1: 16.95 €
(Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic)

DHL Europackage Zone 2: 22.95 €
(Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary)

DHL Europackage Zone 3: 27.95 €
(Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden)

Exceptions

Large, bulky or particularly valuable items have separate shipping costs. The shipping costs are stated directly in the article or negotiated separately.

Express shipping

We offer express shipping in Germany via DHL the next day. We also deliver to DHL Packstations.

DANGER: If you order on Friday, delivery will not take place until the following Monday! Payment must be received Monday - Thursday by 1:00 p.m. and Friday by 12:00 p.m. so that the package can be sent on time.

A DHL package (with tracking) up to 5 kg costs €19.95, from 5 - 10 kg €24.95. Special Saturday delivery costs €29.95.
