Collect scent points - that's how it works

Dear fragrance lovers,

Welcome to Duftoase and the world of fragrances. Register now, collect loyalty points and save money on your next order!

1. Receive DUFTOASE points with every purchase.

For every € you spend, you will receive 5 DUFTOASE points from us. You can collect these or use them on your next purchase. However, you will only receive points on the net amount of your order.

2. Create a customer account.

To do this, go to the symbol with the little man in the top right and click on "Create customer account" under the "Register" button. Fill out everything and click on "Create account". We will immediately give you 200 points.

3. Redeem your collected points.

ATTENTION: Collected points can only be redeemed if you have a customer account. But don't worry, your points will not be lost, but will be stored in the system. If you create a customer account later, the points you have already collected will automatically be displayed in your account.

For 100 points you will receive a €1 discount. To do this, click on the "DUFTOASE points" button at the bottom right of our website. Click on "Options for redemption" and then on the "redeem" button. Use the slider to select the number of points you would like to redeem.

Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100. For example, if you have 500 points, you can redeem 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 points. So 350 points or 99 points are not possible!

Would you like to know how many points you have already collected?

Then log in to your customer account and click on the "DUFTOASE Points" button at the bottom right. A small window will pop up showing you the number of points you have.

NOTE: If you cancel your order, the points you collected from the cancelled order will be deducted from your points account.
